Which Lamour wine should I choose for an aperitif?
For an aperitif, we recommend our Lamour Rosé. Fresh, fruity, and delicately aromatic, it is elegant and refined, making it the perfect companion for moments of sharing, whether by the sea or around the table.
Which wine should I choose for a dinner with friends?
The best choice depends on your menu:
- Our rosé wines pair beautifully with summer dishes, grilled foods, and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Our Lamour Red complements red meats and richer, more structured dishes.
- Our Lamour White is an excellent match for seafood, fish, and white meats.
What is the ideal serving temperature for your wines?
- Serve our rosés, sparkling wines, and white wine between 8°C and 10°C (46–50°F).
- Serve our red wine between 15°C and 17°C (59–63°F).
How should I store your wines?
We recommend storing our wines away from direct light, in a cool place with a stable temperature, ideally between 10°C and 15°C (50–59°F).
How long can your wines be cellared?
Each wine has its own aging potential:
- Lamour Rosé: Best enjoyed while young, ideally within the year.
- Château Carqueiranne Rosé & Sparkling Wines: Up to 2 years.
- Lamour White: Up to 5 years.
- Lamour Red: Up to 10 years.
